Refunds & returns.
We do not accept return and exchange unless on very special terms.
Refunds if offered will be issued for the 100% total amount of the purchase product only less the transaction fees. We do not offer refunds for any free items received as part of any promotion.
Shipping cost for returns and exchanges will be at the customers expense.
Please make sure you return your merchandise by a traceable method to assure delivery.
All returns merchandise must be in new condition (as we sent) and complete with all original packaging. We will inspect all merchandise returns. Upon approved inspection, full credit will be issued back to your paypal account or payment method within 48 hours of receival. Merchandise returns that are not in the original condition or missing original packaging will either be refused, or subject to a 25% re-stocking fee at our discretion.
